The space
The studios will be fully furnished. Rates will include utilities, 10 MB room dedicated WiFi, and weekly cleaning service. You will have the possibility to upgrade the features and benefits of your stay. We will have an internal gymnasium, rooftop, a market, content labs and other common spaces distributed in 12 floors, fully equipped and functional, with free access. Our residents will enjoy weekly Wellness sessions at no extra cost (Yoga, Pilates, and dance classes).
